Herrin Bocce Club Facility Fee Schedule
The purpose of the proposed user fee structure is to allow for appropriate maintenance and improvements as needed at the Herrinfesta Italiana Bocce Park. This user fee structure is proposed to be in place for the 50 weeks of the year during which the Herrin Bocce Club, Inc. leases this property. The two weeks excluded will be the two weeks prior to Memorial Day each year which will be reserved exclusively for the use of Herrinfesta Italiana.
Tier 1 – If an individual or group wishes to reserve in advance one of the pavilions (two courts) and does not wish to use any equipment and does not desire access to the Pisoni Building – the reservation fee will be $50.00 for a Member of the Herrin Bocce Club, Inc. The fee for a non-member will be $75.00. For commercial and political use these fees will be $100 for a member and $125 for a non-member.
Tier 2 – If an individual or group wishes to reserve both the Maytag Pavilion and the Camarato Pavilion (four courts) but does not need to use our equipment and does not desire access to the Pisoni Building – the user fee will be $100.00 for a Member of the Herrin Bocce Club, Inc. The fee for a non-member will be $125.00. For commercial and political use these fees will be $200 for a member and $225 for a non-member.
Tier 3 – If an individual or group desires to reserve both pavilions (four courts) and requests the usage of the Pisoni Building and the equipment housed within that Building – the user fee will be $400.00 for a Member of the Herrin Bocce Club, Inc. The fee for a non-member will be $425.00. It must be understood that access to the Pisoni Building and equipment housed therein will require that at least one person from the Herrin Bocce Club, Inc. be present at all times from the opening until the closing of the event. For commercial and political use these fees will be $800 for a member and $825 for a non-member.
Tier 4 – If a group which is a charitable organization requests to use the entire facility – both pavilions (four courts) along with the Pisoni Building and its contents – as well as requesting that the Herrin Bocce Club, Inc. provide a tournament director and officials for the event – the cost will be $1,000.00. For commercial and political use the fee is $2000.
This fee schedule is to take effect beginning June 1, 2003.
